I have been a fitness trainer for over
7 years specializing in Pilates, core strengthening, body conditioning and flexibility. I also choreograph and teach dance classes that combine a mix of hip-hop, house and jazz technique. I love my work, and enjoy being able to inspire and motivate people to better themselves physically.

I manage the Pilates Small Group Training program on the Pilates Reformer/Tower apparatus for NYSC Hoboken North, and teach various group exercise classes at both NYSC Hoboken locations as well as Jersey City.
